This incident caused the partial closure of the CTA tunnel and the T3 car park.

An additional two individuals are now in custody in connection with a robbery at Heathrow Airport where 21 people sustained injuries by a substance believed to be pepper spray, according to law enforcement.

A 24-year-old man, was taken into custody in the Lambeth area on suspicion of robbery and assault and a woman, 23 was detained on suspicion of conspiring to commit a robbery. Both individuals are still being held, authorities confirmed.

These detentions follow a probe into an attack at the multi-level parking garage at Heathrow's Terminal 3 this past Sunday. Before the incident, a pair of female travelers had stolen from them their luggage after getting out of a car park lift.

A three-year-old girl was among the those hurt in the event. Five people went to hospital for treatment and have since been discharged.

Police arrested a man in his thirties for suspected robbery and assault near the scene. He was subsequently released under investigation while inquiries continue.

Authorities were called at approximately 08:10 GMT following reports of a number of individuals hurt by a noxious substance thought to be pepper spray.

The attack - which police said was a standalone incident and not being treated as an act of terror - caused delays to rail services and the partial closure of the main airport tunnel and the Terminal 3 parking facility briefly.
